We seek an experienced and results-driven AGM- New Business Development(Sales) to lead our business expansion efforts in India. As an integral part of the leadership team, the AGM will drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and identify market opportunities to contribute to the company's growth. This senior leadership role demands a strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification, development, and execution of new business opportunities across multiple verticals in the Indian market.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Indian market to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within target organizations.

- Lead market research and analysis to identify new trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Indian market.

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for launching new products or services.

- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company goals.

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

- Represent the company at high-profile industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand presence and foster relationships.

- Develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities and provide regular updates on progress to the executive leadership team.

- Track and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

- Ensure alignment of new business initiatives with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales/marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a significant focus on the Indian market.

- Proven track record of securing and growing large, strategic business accounts.

- Strong understanding of the Indian market landscape, customer behaviors, and industry trends.

- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within an organization and work effectively with senior leadership.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a leadership or senior management role in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

- Strong network within key industries or verticals in India.

- Fluency in English languages is a plus.

- Familiarity with tools and business development technologies.
