Assistant/Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a person who have potential to handle below responsibilities :
- Recruit team and generate business through them
- Source financial advisors from open market, references, friends & family members
- Maintain client and customers relationship
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Supervise a team of financial advisors to ensure that prescribed business activities and performance levels of the area
- Provide product information to customer
Candidate Requirements :
Experience: min 2-5 years in sales & marketing field work in any industry
Qualification: Any graduate
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
Skills :
- Ability to source agents
- Ability to solve problems

- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle team
