Assistant Executive - Customer Support - Financial Services (0-5 yrs)
- Place orders on all exchanges as requested by clients over the phone.
- Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
- Provide technical support to clients with relation to company trading software.
- Maintain the company's quality standard while responding to client queries.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain discipline in adhering to work timings set by the organization.
- Continue to stay updated on markets and related news. Be informed.
- Give the clients facts about what has happened in the markets, do not give tips on what can happen.
- Assist in the implementation of company growth plans as needed.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships and sourcing referrals.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems, creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
