Assistant Director - Marketing - Premium Luggage Manufacturer (8-15 yrs)
Job Description
- To plan brand wise annual marketing strategy and annual media budget for effective communication of the brands
- To ideate and develop holistic branding and marketing communications excellence to effectively communicate with target audience.
- Proactively explore impactful marketing opportunities, innovative ideas in line with the business strategy to grow brand and recruit new audience.
- Conceptualization and seamless execution of various marketing communications and branding activities across all mediums, including marketing collaterals / last mile communication.
- Negotiate brand associations, brand ambassador association, influencer marketing deals, media sponsorships, media campaign deals etc.
- Spearhead, manage and supervise interactions with third-party entities, such as partner agencies, media partners, and other collaborators to ensure alignment with project briefs, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conceptualize and craft a comprehensive digital strategy, including the formulation of a content development plan for both social media platforms and web-based and mobile marketing.
- Understanding business objectives and designing research / surveys to discover customers? preferences, brand health index, market dynamics, competition scenario etc. and basis the findings suggest actionable points.
- Take the lead in executing performance marketing strategies for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) website, focusing on enhancing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Understanding of SEO/SEM/ORM/CRM etc.
- Continuously engage, explore opportunities to pitch senior management for corporate media opportunities and present brand offerings to enhance brand's image in lifestyle media.
- Approve press release and press release dissemination plan.
