Job Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Junior Digital Marketing Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital marketing principles and a proven track record in teaching these concepts. This role not only involves educating and inspiring students but also includes responsibilities in sales, such as converting incoming leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teaching and Curriculum Development : Deliver engaging and informative lessons on digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more. Develop and update curriculum materials to reflect the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Lead Conversion : Actively follow up on leads provided by the marketing team, engage potential customers, and effectively convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Student Support and Engagement : Provide ongoing support and mentorship to students, ensuring their educational success and satisfaction with the course offerings.
- Reporting and Analysis : Monitor and report on student progress and lead conversion rates, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of all core digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into customers, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Requirements :
- Experience in a sales role is highly desirable.
- Preference for female candidates.
