Job Description :
New Business Development :
- Establish, develop, and manage relationships with clients seeking to build the capacity of leaders through upskilling and reskilling the current workforce within their organization through executive development programmes.
- Assess new market opportunities and able to provide innovative solutions to the client.
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar
Relationship Management:
- Build and manage expectations with faculty, external clients and program office.
- Disseminate program delivery updates
- Manage scope of delivery and negotiation with external clients and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with alumni, vendors, internal stakeholders and clients.
Customer satisfaction:
- Track and monitor the program deliverable and facilitate a seamless participant experience
- Maintain the greatest level of customer service among the team
- Make right decisions that effect and impact the success of the program.
Lead management:
- Coordinate with internal team to manage the leads
- Experience into planning and executing events, seminars, fairs and email outreach.
- Developing programme material, updating websites and lead management
Experience :
- MBA Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in Executive Education, B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Team player with an ability to collaborate with wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Highly organized and able to manage time and expectations well.
Qualification : MBA
Working Days : 5 Days a Week
