Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Assistant/Deputy Manager - Operations: Customer Service to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be proficient in overseeing customer service operations, implementing process improvements, and leading a team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure service quality and compliance with company policies.
- Create and implement customer service policies aimed at improving satisfaction.
2. Team Management :
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and share best practices.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising customer service staff to build an efficient and high-performing team.
3. Customer Engagement :
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution through follow-ups.
4. Operational Efficiency :
- Support in managing day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on performance metrics and customer feedback to enhance operational effectiveness.
5. Process Improvement :
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure ongoing improvement.
