Job Summary :


End to end relationship management for Digital partners of the ideal applicant will work at a strategic level developing & managing the customer & partner engagement for better customer & partner experience.

This person will be responsible for end-to-end Business for the partners managed by him/her. He will also be responsible for developing new partners in his/her territory.

Salary Budget :

Upto 08 LPA+Benefits

Key Responsibilities & Skills :

- Demonstrable experience of leading and managing Digital Partnership is required

- Defining the revenue/sales target for the set of partners being handled as well as monitoring their progress. Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly business targets.

- Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for developing strategy/plans, R&Rs for exponential growth.

- Excellent project management capability (working with cross-functional team IT, U/W, Ops etc.)

- Strong Analytical Skills & Data Driven thinking

- Extremely good communication, relationship management skills

- Work towards creating a customer engagement calendar for the year by identifying & creating more touch points.

- Analyze the impact of customer engagement activates on business

- Able to work as per the requirement of the partners managed by him/her.

Measures of Success :

- GWP from the partners

- No. of new projects undertaken with the partner

- Successful execution of the projects with results

- New partner on-boarding & Activation

- Cross Functional & cross sales opportunity within the channel

- Wallet share with the partner

Qualification & Experience :

- 3-4 years of experience in leading and managing Digital Partnerships

- Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing

- Has a track record for executing revenue generating partnerships

Key Stakeholders :

- Internal : NBHI ops/Finance and Business team

- External : Partner Eco-system
