Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic BDM responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets within the IT products and services sector. The role involves promoting and selling a wide range of Audio-Visual Products & Solutions, Networking Products and Solutions, Services (AMCs etc), IT hardware, software, Desktop, Laptop, and Hardware Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Audio-Visual Products & Solutions, Networking Products and Solutions, and Services (AMCs etc), Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Present product and service offerings to prospective clients, explaining their benefits and value.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing their IT needs and offering solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust sales approaches.
- Stay updated on the latest IT products and technology advancements to sell solutions effectively.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and progress towards targets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company policies.
- Enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking within the industry.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT product sales or Consumer Durable Electronics Home Appliances Products Audio-Visual Products & Solutions, Networking Products and Solutions, Services (AMCs etc)
- Strong knowledge of IT equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills
