- Assist in planning and conducting webinars by senior Doctors/Nutritionists etc.
- Responsible for community generated content and events on the platform.
- Interaction with Doctors, nutritionists and other service providers
- Ensuring great Customer Satisfaction
- Building processes to manage day to day operations in Community management
- Daily reporting and metrics management: Ensure targets are achieved.
