Assistant Cluster Manager - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve cluster-level targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cluster, focusing on expanding hospital partnerships.
- Ensure alignment of cluster operations with Settlemed's mission and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of Sales Executives within the cluster.
- Set individual performance benchmarks and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and motivation.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and other key stakeholders.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Promote Settlemed's value proposition effectively, aligning with client needs and industry standards.
4. Operational Efficiency
- Oversee the seamless execution of sales processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and ABDM guidelines.
- Ensure accurate usage of CRM tools (Zoho CRM) for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales outcomes.
- Prepare and submit timely sales performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
5. Market Expansion
- Identify market trends and opportunities for expanding Settlemed's footprint within the cluster.
- Drive initiatives for client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling of solutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Sales and Revenue Performance
- Achieve 100% of cluster sales targets consistently.
- Drive monthly revenue growth in alignment with regional goals.
- Ensure timely revenue collection across all hospital accounts.
2. Client Acquisition and Retention
- Onboard at least 25-30 new hospitals per quarter within the cluster.
- Maintain a client retention rate of 90% or higher.
- Achieve an average client satisfaction score of 4.5/5.
3. Team Performance
- Ensure 80% of Sales Executives meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Foster a positive team culture with an annual team attrition rate below 7%.
- Achieve at least 85% positive feedback from team members on leadership effectiveness.
4. Operational Excellence
- Ensure 100% CRM adoption and data accuracy across the cluster team.
- Submit error-free reports within designated timelines.
- Drive 1-2 process improvements annually to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
5. Market Expansion
- Contribute to 20% growth in cluster market share annually.
- Execute 2 innovative sales initiatives per year to capture untapped opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in healthcare solutions or SaaS-based sales is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Zoho CRM.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
