Assistant Clinic Manager - Healthcare (3-6 yrs)
Our client in retail healthcare industry is hiring in Mumbai.

She will manage the center of the company in Mumbai
She will be responsible for Sales, Customer service, team management and P&l of the store.
She will help the clinic manager in support to all the above points

Primary responsibilities :
1. Business
- Sales planning for the month and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met
- Ensuring the targets on service mix at the clinics are met
- Responsible marketing execution at store level
2. People Management
Responsible for overall team management with respect to :
- Team Engagement - ensuring
- Driving processes and discipline in the team
- Guiding team to do their targets
3. Service Quality
- Responsible for overall service orientation towards customers - to deliver a superior customer experiential.
- Custodian of and has to drive key service quality processes at the store level
- Has to personally meet and engage customers and manage HNI customers
- Has to drive service orientation in her team
4. Administrative
- To ensure smooth running of clinic Operations
- Responsible for MIS reports and system updations
- Holder of key processes at the store like appraisals
