About the Role :
As an Assistant Channel Development Manager, you will assist in managing and expanding our agency channel. Your role will focus on recruiting, training, and providing support to Insurance Advisors, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding Insurance Advisors.
- Provide coaching and ensure your team has the right tools and skills to succeed.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to boost market reach.
- Track team performance and offer feedback to achieve objectives.
- Work alongside leadership to develop future strategies and improve team outcomes.
Key Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation :
- CTC: - 3.30 LPA- 3.80 LPA
