Reporting To: Sr. Manager - Product Development

Main Tasks :

- To develop MUTHOOT EXIM Precious metal business in MFL branch

- Maintaining of Zonal MIS for MEPL products and continuous monitoring for Target vs. Achievement reports.

- Training effectively & sharing important communications related to EXIM products and processes to branch staff

Area of Responsibility :

- The candidate will be required to travel to MFL branches across the Zone, interact with the branch staff and work closely with AM/ RM/ZH for achievement of SWJ/ SWH business targets

- Help branches resolve issues pertaining to sales/process/ service

- Support branches in reducing/ avoiding the cancellation

- Support branches in increasing renewal business

- Maintain Zonal level data related to EXIM business and closely monitor Target vs. achievement

- Effectively download all important communications from EXIM to the ground staff

- Support and coordinate marketing activities related to EXIM business Undertake initiatives with help of zonal team to drive SWJ/ SWH business nos

- Promote Muthoot Gold Point business wherever applicable or any other business of EXIM as required

Education:

Graduate +Proficiency in Computers

Skill Set:

Product Knowledge

- Understanding the product in detail/cancellation calculations/ procedures

- Basic knowledge on Gold industry

Basic Computer knowledge and our software

- Basic Computer knowledge and MS office applications

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English, Hindi along with Regional Language/s
