Position Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Business Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads.

- Schedule and manage approximately 20-25 client meetings per month.

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance business growth.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development progress.

Qualifications :

- MBA degree preferred.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.

- Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and meeting scheduling.

- Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements :

- Candidates with 3+ years of experience may qualify for a higher salary range, negotiable based on skills and experience.

- Preference for candidates with a background in HR consultancy, staffing industry, event management, or learning and development.
