Assistant Business Development Manager - HORECA (2-4 yrs)
The Business Development Manager will do sales for General Trade, Modern Trade & Ho.Re.Ca Business Segment. This would include sales for all the products with which company is dealing.
Role Dimensions :
- Responsible for sales of the entire range of premium imported products for the assigned area.
- Responsible for General trade, Modern Trade & Ho.Re.Ca segment
- Ensuring coverage, distribution, and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.
- Data management and reporting as per guidelines.
- Training and development of all sales officers/merchandisers and promoters in the assigned area.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc) and direct customers
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
- Focus on secondary sales
- Range Selling - Ensure that all brands are distributed in each city and zone - all distributors should take our all brands, if existing are not taking any brand, then create new distributor
Candidate Skills :
- Effective communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Shows strong sales acumen
- Must be goal-oriented
- Passionate, driven and with high energy levels, positive attitude
Candidate Profile :
- Experience : 2-4 years preferably in sales
- Strong knowledge of market
- Understanding and in-depth experience of having worked with same industry
- The candidate needs to be mobile with two-wheeler
- Must have an android phone
