Responsibilities :

Branch Operations Management :

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the branch.

- Supervise and guide operational staff to achieve performance targets.

Customer Service :

- Ensure high standards of customer service delivery.

- Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.

Team Leadership :

- Provide leadership and direction to branch staff.

- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.

Sales Support :

- Support sales efforts and initiatives to achieve branch sales targets.

- Coordinate with sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Compliance and Risk Management :

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

- Mitigate operational risks and maintain compliance standards.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role.

- Proven leadership and managerial skills.

- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products (preferred for banking industry).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
