Assistant Branch Manager - Sales - Insurance (4-5 yrs)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sales and Development of sales managers;
- Recruitment of sales managers, building a team of managers;
- Leading a team of sales managers ;
- Hiring sales managers and training them to recruit advisors under them ;
- To achieve sales target of the branch :To maintain code of conduct and discipline of "Punctulity" Time management" "Work Discipline", "Business Ethics"
- Conduct unit meetings for both Sales managers and Advisors;
- Keep a track of record of volume of business of each sales manager;
- Achieving the targets : conducting business meeting opportunity
