- Convey details to the customers for queries and EMI
- Focus on sourcing loan against property and home loan Cases.

- Survey in open market for new cases.
- Customer service for resolve queries of customer
- Managing tracker daily basis for report to senior management.
- Resolve employee facing issues about documentation and process by proper guideline and providing policy training.
