Assistant Branch Manager - Partner Distribution Channel - Life Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Role Purpose:
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales by tapping customer base of Channel Partner branches assigned and channelizing the capabilities of Channel Partner distribution through his team.
Key Accountability:
- Plan the sales funnel for projected business targets of the team
- Drive team's effort to assist and enable the authorized persons in sale of LI policies
- Influence Branch Managers of assigned branches to ensure support for LI sales
- Keep themselves updated on new product launches/solution pitches/ objection handling pitches and stock market movements.
- Train team members on products and processes on regular basis.
- Assist team members with sales support through joint field works.
- Monitor, track and motivate team member to achieve business parameters.
- Track the renewal premium collection of team members and guide them to convince customers for renewal payments through emphasis on benefits.
- Track and support team members for issuance related discrepancies & RnR queries.
- Encourage, facilitate and assist the branch employees in completing IRDA Certification.
- Provide timely feedback to team members.
- Provide inputs to undertake corrective actions for performance improvement.
- Provide post-sales support for policy related queries and facilitate claim resolutions.
- Ensure alignment to need based selling among the team members
