Assistant Branch Manager - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Should recruit Advisors or Agents.
2. Should give training for the agents.
3. Develop agents by conducting Joint sales calls.
4. Manage the activity of advisory and drive business to them.
5. Mandatory attendance at all meeting and training programs as decided from time-to- time by management.
6.conducting meetings with the reporting agents.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
1. Should be a graduate.
2. Should have minimum 2 years of Sales experience in Insurance Sales.
3. Age limit 25 to 35.
