Position : Assistant Branch Head (Agency channel) Male / Female
Exp. : 3 to 4 years in Agency channel
Salary : 8 Lacs Lacs + Incentives
Responsibilities :
1) Identify and build avenues for sourcing Agents in the location as per policy guidelines.
2) Support Agency Leaders and existing Unit Managers to build & drive a strong advisor force.
3) To achieve Branch Targets of advisor coding, activation and drive advisor to promotions.
4) To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs( Asset Liability executives) and advisors.
5) Submit Various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to the reporting mechanism
