1- Core project sales
2- Need candidate who has handled Govt. Projects like for CPWD, PWD, Mhada,Cidco, MES, ESIC, MMRD, Airport project, Metro projects and etc
3- Building material Industry background, Locks & Hardware, Paint only (No tiles, No wall putty, No cement or construction, No Automobiles industry background candidate needed)
4- Outstation travelling would be of 8 to 10 days
5- Given territory travelling would be on daily basis
6- English on scale of 6 to 8 out of 10 with local language
