- Need Minimum 1 year Team leading experience and working with Field Sale team

- Responsible for acquiring new clients in the respective area.
- Coordinate day to day operations related to the team.
- Manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve individual and team targets
- Comfortable working on Field Sales and Direct Sales
- Facility Technology start up
Required Candidate profile :
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Confidence
- Client and Team Handling Capability
- Open to Travel with-in assigned territory
- open to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any office reporting and formalities
- Mondays are Fixed Off
