Assistant Area Sales Manager - Credit Card (4-9 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Position Responsibilities :
- Key relationship based sourcing of credit cards
- Sales and Product Mix targets, encompassing the basic numbers as assigned in the business
- Responsible for Backend operation's team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from source
- Managing a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Associates & MIS executives for implementing marketing & sales operational activities for achieving sales and product mix targets
- Market mapping and opportunity analysis of the business potential with the strategic business partner in the location
- Managing the relationship with the alliance partner at the front line stage, at the stores / branches / retail outlets
- Distribution Channel Management - recruiting, training and managing Sales Teams and Sales Associates for sales and promotional activities
- Cost targets as assigned in the business plan, to ensure that required productivity levels are met so as to keep the Operational Expenses within the budgeted parameters
- To conduct business within the laid down compliance norms
- Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)
- Deliver new accounts target for the area
- Deliver accounts target within the specified cost budget
- Achieve overall premium accounts target
- Achieve insurance cross-sell target
Skills Sets Required
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Skills on People Management to Control the Attrition of team members
- Ownership of End to End relationship with Concerned people involved in overall Business Operations
- Skills required on Planning & Execution
Must have Qualification :
- Graduates from a recognized institute/university
- Relevant Experience in a field (Pl specify field and years)
- 3-5 years of team management experience
Preferred Industry(If any)
- Must have hands on exposure of handling a large retail sales process
