Assistance Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are happy to announce that we are seeking for a young and hardworking candidate to join us as an Assistance Sales Manager on an immediate basis.
Responsibilities and roles:
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Generate leads in the open market.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
