Assistance Sales Executive - Wellness & Fitness (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing information and addressing customer needs.
- Conduct online sales and B2B sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, online sales, or B2B sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or Ayurvedic services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
