Work on the given leads by :
- Enquire leads for an interest in purchasing life insurance policies
- Collect Documents from interested leads
- Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending issues
Acquire New Customer by :
- Personal References and Cold Walk-ins
- Explaining benefits of life insurance to potential customers
- Candidate has to come to office in morning and evening for reporting. Spend the afternoon on field building new business
- Understand the client and pursue need based selling, suiting the customer's need and depth of pocket
- In the evening, updation of days activity on the company's LMS / Excel Sheet (Lead Management System)
- Would spend a bulk of his time on field, thus the candidate should be self motivated and result oriented
- Company would provide I-Pads/TAB's to selected candidates to enhance their sales presentations
