Assistance Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Bank/Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Here, we are hiring for Assistance Relationship Manager.
We are looking forward to a candidate who has a lot of knowledge about Sales/Marketing/Banking/Insurance/Finance and is capable of delivering to the clients.
Responsibilities:
- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.
- Get 50-80% of peach customers - lead from current clients.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.
- Develop a new market strategy.
- Work on leads given by the bank.
- Identify cross sell opportunities for existing customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing and 1+ In the Insurance sector
- CTC: Up to 3.75/4.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 24 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
