Job Title : Sales Consultant Closing Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant Closing Manager to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills, with a proven track record of success in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of City Managers to achieve sales targets and goals

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share

- Oversee the entire sales process, from site visits to closing

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and offer training to sales team members

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, to drive sales

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and market trends

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success

- Proven management and sale experience

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with real estate market

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
