- We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused City Manager- Sales to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Convert Potential Buyers to Customers : Connect with the potential buyers who visit our website, providing expert consultation, and efficiently scheduling site visits to showcase our properties.
2. Facilitate Site Visits : Collaborate with prospective buyers and sellers to streamline the process of site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
3. New Initiatives : Work closely with other team members to contribute to our business objectives. This includes supporting new initiatives such as organizing pamphlet distribution activities, introducing new projects, and onboarding vendors.
Qualifications : To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Educational Background : An MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills : Effective communication and negotiation abilities are essential for success in this role.
