AssetYogi - Associate - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Role Description :
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage performance-based campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable growth and optimize ROI. You will be instrumental in crafting strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing results to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Design data-driven strategies to achieve user acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign KPIs, including CTR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copies, and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Provide stakeholders with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in brand development, marketing strategy, and social media management.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking for innovative campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to improve campaign effectiveness continuously.
Education, Qualification, and Compensation :
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven performance marketing experience.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Compensation: As per industry standards. Other than salary, Health and Accidental Insurance are covered.
