Assettrust Services - Executive - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients and generateleads through various channels (networking, referrals, online marketing, etc.).
- Conduct property viewings and present realestate solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales with clients and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on markettrends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the #CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications :
Experiences : Fresher / Experienced as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends.
- +Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
