Responsibilities:

- The first thing mentioned in the Investor Relations role is maintaining a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan and upgrading as per requirement.

- Comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/financial tools/metrics, etc.

- Training and development programs with company spokespersons at regular intervals.

- Ensuring a proper database of clients

- Liaise internally with the Sales team, CS team, and Fund Accounting teams.

- Propose and develop department-wide operational improvements in consultation with the other managers

- Communicate our client's unique vision and investment process to institutional investors

- Effectively position our client as a differentiated provider of investment solutions

- Partner with relationship managers to provide exceptional client service

- Attend and host meetings and calls with current and prospective investors

- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Investor Relations, Client Portfolio Management, and investment teams on a broad range of client-related efforts

- Regularly tracking investors- perceptions and queries, conveying the same to the management, and resolving any discrimination if they arise.

- Assisting in dealing with analyst and investor queries

Required Skills/Abilities :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.

- Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text.

- Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.

- Experience in handling the team

Education and Experience :

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related field required.

- At least 3+ years of relations management experience are required.
