Role : Real Estate Salesperson/Real Estate Agent (Sales)
Experience : No bar
Location - Sector 58, Gurgaon
Grade : VP/AVP/GM/AGM
Budget : 50K to 2 LPM Fixed
Days : 6 Days working
Time : 10 AM to 7 PM
Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson/Representative. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating and closing deals, and keeping up-to-date with market trends and regulations. The position is located in Gurugram, India.
Qualifications :
- Sales and Account Management skills
- Proven Experience in leading sales teams.
- Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate
- Maximize closers of deals and client meetings every week.
- Able to close deals and generate leads
- Must be experienced in Site visits and weekly client meetings
- Must be aware of market trend
- Sales Operations and Sales Management skills
- Business Development skills
- Proven experience in managing sales and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
