Asset Deals - Manager - Sales (5-15 yrs)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for Generating leads, calling, and ensuring Targets are achieved. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to increase sales, and building relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will assist clients with purchase decisions and handle sales-related queries.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability work collaboratively.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
