Sales Head- Real Estate Residential (Salary + Profit Sharing)
Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Developing Weekly/ Monthly/ Annual or Seasonal sales targets for the department.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team & manage the sales team
Independent Role
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Meeting planned sales goal.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing department for lead generation.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing client and developing opportunities with new clients.
Skills & Qualification:
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate with excellent communication skills.
- 10 years of relevant sales experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
