Job Title : Sales Manager (B2C)
Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in residential sales, with a proven track record of sales success. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in field sales. The role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and work with individuals at all organizational levels.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives and representatives
- Train and coach sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events as needed
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements :
- 5-8 years of real estate sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in field sales
- Strong leadership skills and proven sales success
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels
- Mandate residential experience
