Aspiring Minds - Senior Marketing Manager (5-8 yrs)
Job description
Responsible for managing the company & marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyse market trends, competitor products, and other relevant information to drive marketing strategy
- Curate content and oversee the creative development of collaterals, website content, ads, social media content and other marketing-related projects
- Drives execution of various marketing campaigns by collaboratively working with multiple teams
- Communicates with various media houses, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Tracks all marketing and sales data to create detailed reports for senior management
- Drive marketing campaigns across various paid channels to drive lead gen and conversion
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Managing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
Key Skills Needed(CTQ- s) {Must Have} :
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis and measurement
- Preference to be given to candidates with strong B2B experience measurement
- Preference to be given to candidates with strong B2B experience
- Experience with online marketing, including social media (organic+ paid), and content marketing
- Proficient in managing events / conferences
- Proficient in campaign management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient with MS Office products.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Keyword Planner etc. tools
- Proactive and motivated team player with a strong work ethic
