Position: Content Manager

Exp: 4-8 yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Lead a Content Team and put in place Content Strategy across Editorial Content, Blog Content, brochures, flyers, Video Content

- Manage, mentor, and grow a rapidly evolving global social media and content team

- Create content marketing and editorial calendar and continuously refine and evolve social media and digital content strategy

- Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.

- Needs to have excellent grasp over social media marketing. In depth working know-how of social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Quora, Instagram Medium etc.

- Manages deadlines, coordinates workflow and monitors and summarizes progress of content efforts.

- Create content that can bring awareness, grab an audience and optimize into conversions!

- Review in-house and outsourced content creators' work to ensure there are no grammatical, punctuation or spelling errors.

- Assign, write, and curate engaging articles, blogs, and related content.

We're looking for:

- 4-7 years of experience in content marketing PREFERABLY FROM E-COMM companies(B2C)

- Passionate about social media, digital media, content marketing and team handling exp is a must

- Ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- A self-starting attitude-ready to seize opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told

- Ability to manage, guide and coach a team of content managers. Team handling exp is a must.

- Ability to work under pressure with colleagues across several time zones.

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.

- Strong client-centricity and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication skills

Education: Graduate in any discipline
