Job Description :
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic IT Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in the IT services industry. The candidate will be at the front of the company so he must have the dedication to create and apply an effective lead generation strategy.
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers. Our Areas of expertise include Upwork, Guru etc.
Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching our services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and conferences.
- Coordinating business generation activities.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support .
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
Requirements :
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities through Odesk, Elance, Guru, Upwork etc.
- The incumbent is required to be self-driven, self-motivated and innovative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients.
- Should have a good Technical background.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation and time-management skills.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Candidates should maintain good relations with the clients & monitor their satisfaction and continue cordial relations.
