Telemarketer Job Duties:
- Identifies prospects by searching online Startups and SME community sites and reading telephone directories and other prepared listings
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, mob phone
- Influences Startups and SMEs to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Ensure to achieve given targets that are achievable
- Earn Incentives and commissions.
