Role

Aspiration Energy is not only an innovator in Energy Efficient technologies, but also in customer acquisition and customer relationship management. Aspiration Energy is a pioneer in high-temperature industrial Heat Pumps, and has been successful in serving several major corporates in the automotive, hospitality and pharma sectors. Aspiration Energy is looking to hire highly driven and capable sales managers who will expand its leadership in the Heat Pump sector, and take it to greater heights. The sales managers will not be only be in the frontline representing the company, but also be helping the top management in taking critical business decisions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Identifying potential customers, establishing contacts, visiting them, understanding their requirements and helping them improve their energy efficiency by using Heat Pumps.

- Building a sales pipeline for the assigned region

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - technical & commercial.

- Creating and presenting techno-commercial proposals

- Negotiating and closing sales

- Establishing new relationships and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

- Plan and forecast sales

- Monitor competitor activities and keep the management updated about latest trends in the market and

- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotions and offers

- Update and maintain Sales MIS for the designated region

Experience

- Experience in B2B techno-commercial Sales to Auto Component Manufacturers, Engine Manufacturers, Machine Shops, Body Shop/ Fabrication Markets, Automotive Paint Shops, Food & Pharmaceutical Companies, Medium and Light Engg Companies.

- Experience in selling industrial heating solutions like Solar Thermal, Waste Heat Recovery, Boilers, etc will be a plus.
