ASM/State Head - Bread/Cereals
- Heading Sales & distribution for designated area.
- Creating a distributor network by identifying distributors and other business opportunities, negotiating and closing the deal.
- Managing the sales & distribution network for the entire area through the dedicated team of sales officers.
- Achieving both primary and secondary sales targets.
- Increase market penetration as per plan.
- Ensuring collections and managing books of accounts.
- Sell companies products by establishing contacts, leveraging on existing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance.
- Managing sales to the distributor and achieving sales targets directly and through the company's sales officers.
- Ensuring collections from the distributors as per the agreed terms.
- Managing distributor's invoicing, sales, dispatch and collections through the companies and the distributors team sales.
- Monitoring distributors inventory both in terms of SKU's and age of inventory.
- Merchandising & display of companies- products for the entire area.
- Collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and reports the same to, the CEO, H.O.
- Analyzing and reporting competition activity on product pricing, offers, current trends and market dynamics.
- Implementing sales promotions & marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.
- Grooming and motivating the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information and guidance.
- Managing financial budgets and ensuring they are within limits.
- Managing Super Stockist and also responsible for SS Outstanding.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Graduate & MBA in Marketing with Strong experience of 8-15 years within a large Indian or multinational organisation within the FMCG industry with a major focus on General Trade.
2. Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
3. Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills.
4. Good team handling skills.
5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
6. Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience in working with and influencing other people.
10. Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers.
11. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
12. Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
