Job Description :
As a growing company, we plan to ramp up our sales and marketing and therefore looking to setup a world class sales and marketing team in the company. This position will play a pivotal role in our company's aggressive growth plans.
- Build our target accounts list and identify potential companies based on extensive research and online intel.
- Build the contacts list within target accounts (from linkedin, social channels etc), profile their contacts and collect contact details (emails, phone etc)
- Own the leads database in CRM system and make sure email addresses and contact details in CRM are all pre-verified before registering.
- Identify first level path-to-contact tactics for high priority leads and accounts and work with CEO and Marketing team to execute first outreach activities.
- Work closely with CEO and CTO on continuous updation of target account lists, prioritization of accounts and keep the CRM engine growing.
- Track competition diligently, research the trends in the industry and feed back critical market and competition insights back to sales and marketing.
About the role :
- 1+ year experience in related sales support or inside sales function in prior companies
- Prior exposure to building high quality contact databases and lead funnel. Candidates who have worked in SaaS product companies will be given preference.
- Growth hacker mindset, highly energetic and passionate about winning deals, a hunger to grow into an account executive (AE) role in future
- Job location is Bangalore. Out station candidates will not be considered.
Technical skills :
- Adept and knowledgeable with Linkedin tool, Sales Navigator tool etc
- Proficient and expert in Microsoft excel and CRM systems
- Demonstrated experience in building email marketing databases.
