Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our safety management consulting services. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base and maintaining strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and service offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Track client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a consulting or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of safety management services or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Successfully onboard and maintain new client relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
