ASK-EHS - Executive - IT Sales (3-5 yrs)
- Carry out extensive market research to identify opportunities for making changes to existing products.
- Analyze company products and those of competitors, comparing features, functionalities & performance with current market requirements.
- Regular interaction with development team, quality assurance team, stakeholders, domain experts, proposed clients, & target audience to improve product as per EHS standards & IT Infrastructure Standards
- Interview customers to discuss their future product requirements, and review other competitive products, published research reports to identify gaps in the market that company could meet.
- Asist analysts to prepare a detailed specification with listing and prioritizing the important features for development team, based on research and discussions with stakeholders, domain experts, proposed client & target audience.
- Establishing framework of market requirements that enables the development team to prepare design proposals based on fact, rather than guesswork.
- Following a product launch, monitor its performance in the marketplace. Compare actual sales with forecasts and identify factors, such as pricing, distribution, promotion and competitors- activities, that may be influencing the success or failure of the launch. Based on their findings, recommend changes to the product or marketing strategy.
Participation in post-sales activities :
- Help client & support team for successful implementation of product
- Take feedback of client regularly to improve customer satisfaction and find opportunity improving products based on customer feedback
- Assist development team to identify and track change requests
