- The ideal candidate would be an MBA/Postgraduate or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in fund operations, asset management, or a related role. This position offers hybrid/work from home opportunity.

Job Role Requirement:

- Trade confirmations, record and reconciliation of trades, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and settled.

- Regularly reconcile fund and bank accounts, security positions and cash balances.

- Onboarding new bank accounts and counterparties, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.

- Accurately compute management and referral fee, regularly maintain the required MIS and records.

- Liaise with fund administrators, lawyers, external n internal stakeholders.

- Address client and investor inquiries promptly, collaborating with internal and external teams for resolution.

- Reviewing and managing all legal, compliance documents ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

- Contribute to business development and organizational tasks as assigned by management.

Skill Sets Required:

- Adept at handling multiple tasks, logical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrates honesty, sincerity, diligence, and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to quickly learn and apply.

- Ability to collaborate as well as work independently.

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication skills in English.
