1) Formulating & implementing Business Development strategies and reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.
2) Enabling business growth by proper handling of the channel network involving product promotion, business development & product launch activities.
3) Gathering market intelligence, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning marketing strategy
4) Developing channels and business partners to expand product reach in market and launching of new products. Mapping distributor networks by helping the distributors to achieve goals set by the company.
5) Leading, nurturing & monitoring team performance to ensure efficiency in process of operations and meeting individual targets.
6) Managing distribution channels, trade relationships, project sales.
7) Meeting top line sales and generating revenue with achieving sales targets
8) Maximising profits for the company
9) Planning digital marketing function and accountable for digital branding and performance Marketing.
10) Strategizes for digital assets roadmap and ensures implementation of the same.
11) Manages digital marketing spend and relationship with marketing agencies and Other business partners.
12) Led the digital marketing campaign on Facebook that resulted in 5X increase in Brand awareness and traffic.
13) Online Reputation Management strategies and execution. Joint Business Plan with Key National Accounts to set the Account wise objective for the current fiscal year and develop the tools to achieve the same.
14) Review of performance with National chains on Monthly basis to analyze current performance basis plan and incorporate changes if required in yearly plans.
15) Delegation of responsibility to Key Accounts manager and motivating them to achieve the objectives set for their accounts.
- TOT discussion, negotiation with category managers to give maximum benefit to the organization.
- Modern- Trade- chains across regions to be tapped and TOT's to be signed and executed.
- Renew contracts annually with growth in business and market share.
- Ensure presence of higher gross margin brands in the mix while finalizing the TOTs.
- Developing visibility elements for the channel by understanding customer needs and space or Terms of- trade.
- Develop a price pack strategy with special packs for chains.
- Assess potential for special packs and work on the development of the same with the team.
- Directly responsible for sales (for chain sales for PAN India)-
- Deliver Business goals in line with AOP covering parameters of Volume, Value, Spends, Margins and Shares.-
