Ashapura Intimates Fashion - Area Sales Manager (6-9 yrs)
- Taking care of North & East India for Barbie Girls Kids Clothing.
- Handling multiple Stores as well as Counters in (Lifestyle, Chunmun, Kapson, and Globus & Pantaloon). Handling a team of total 70 people comprising of Store Managers, RREs, Team Leaders counters sales Staff
- Ensure that the SOP's are followed at the Stores and counters.
- Responsible for achieving designated targets for the Stores and Counters.
- Co-ordinate with other departments like IT, Merchandising, Accounts, HR etc.
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring Stores and Counter activities, such as sales, expenditures, progress reports etc. in order to inform management about current status of Stores and Counter activities.
- Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.
- Conduct monthly reviews on the sales performance against target.
- Maintain the correct basic stock levels within the Stores and counters.
- Competition Mapping
- Design attractive offers for the stores and counters
- Visual Merchandising
- Directly report to the owner to discuss company growth vs. expenditure.
